Nothing it is perfect

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the old city center of this city. We were able to leave our car safely parked in the hotel's garage and explore the town on foot. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a pool and a restaurant serving delicious local dishes at reasonable prices. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the free use of the computer and the iPod docking station. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the wifi connection was excellent.

Great location, close to the center and easy to navigate through the city. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds were nice. Appreciated the complementary WiFi and the two bottles of water provided.

The staff was not welcoming and seemed uninterested in guests' needs. Despite the high price of the hotel, breakfast was not included, which was inconvenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxury hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities provided in my room were top-notch and fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. the spa and wellness centre was a perfect place for relaxation, equipped with a variety of treatments including massages, steam room and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool was the perfect escape from the heat and the poolside snack bar provided a refreshing and tasty experience.

This led to a few guests not being able to enjoy the sun terrace to its fullest potential.

The hotel also had excellent wifi and a great lounge area with delicious tapas and drinks. The spa, including an indoor pool, was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast had a variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes. the service and level of comfort at Renaissance exceeded our expectations. Nice job!

I had a fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel in Aix. The staff, especially Pierre and Matthias, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us when we forgot something in our room, and we were truly grateful. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and restaurants. We even had room service one evening and the food was absolutely delicious. The family double room we stayed in was spacious and had plenty of room for all our luggage. The location was also great, just a short walk from the bustling heart of Aix where the flea markets are, as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy. our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.
