The staff went above and beyond to make our experience positive. The front desk personnel were cheerful, accommodating, and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend their service. The breakfast provided was great, and the dining staff, especially Karyl, was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's convenient location right off the interstate was perfect for us. We also appreciated having a gas station and a McDonald's nearby.

Manager Kathy and staff were amazing

During my recent stay at Quality Inn & Suites, I made an unfortunate mistake and booked the wrong night. I was in a bit of a panic, but when I reached out to the hotel, Manager Kathy showed exceptional kindness and understanding. Despite the hotel being almost sold out, she went out of her way to accommodate me and allowed me to stay based on my mistake from two nights prior. This act of kindness truly warmed my heart and will not be forgotten. The hotel itself is clean, new, and the rooms are well-appointed. I highly recommend Quality Inn & Suites and its wonderful team of workers.

This hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access for parking and check-in. The rooms are nicely appointed and maintained, with attention to detail and a fresh smell. The staff is super-friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The hotel is very clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offers plenty of options, including fruits and proteins, and it's one of the best I have ever experienced.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Watertown for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room itself was tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with the added convenience of a microwave and mini refrigerator. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the scrambled eggs. Another delightful surprise was the freshly baked cookies in the afternoon, available in the lobby. The staff at the front desk were exceptional - friendly, cheerful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive stay. I highly recommend them. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and appreciated. the room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities such as a fridge and TV. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key areas and attractions in the city. Additionally, the strong Wi-Fi signal allowed me to stay connected and productive during my business trip.

One aspect I disliked about my stay was the noise from the nearby trucks running throughout the night, which disturbed my sleep. Additionally, the lack of clean towels every day was disappointing, and there was not enough hanging space for used towels.
