the boutique hotel bellevue was supposedly a 4-star, yet the plastic wardrobe made it feel like a cheap motel. also, my room’s ac was impossible, leading to an open window, which meant waking to train noise at 6 am. i expected something special, maybe even a welcome gift for these inconveniences, but alas, just disappointment.

Breathtaking views from the balcony made our mornings feel magical, perfect for sipping coffee while taking in the scenery.

The room was incredibly cramped, making it difficult to navigate comfortably, and the amenities felt subpar for a 4-star hotel.

Noise from nearby trains consistently interrupts the tranquility!!! The air conditioning controls are a nightmare, leaving rooms uncomfortably warm!!! Inadequate soundproofing really impacts privacy!!! A mini-fridge should be standard in any room!!!

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and frankly, I was disappointed. Despite its supposed four-star status, the wardrobe was flimsy and felt more like a cheap motel. Also, the bathroom cleanliness was below expectations, as I found remnants from previous guests. For a hotel that markets itself as mid-range, I expected much more in terms of comfort and upkeep.

Room was a bit dated and AC only in living room—woke up roasting. But chut, that sunrise view off the balcony was just stunning!

I had a wonderful stay with breathtaking views from my balcony of the mountains and river. The breakfast spread was excellent, though the room furnishings were somewhat underwhelming. Overall, I'd return again!

We really enjoyed the charm of the hotel, especially the lovely outdoor area where we could relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the nearby river. Plus, our dog loved the spacious garden, making it perfect for family time.

For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for the kids around the hotel.

the location is amazing, just a short stroll to the train station and the main street with charming cafes. the breakfast was the highlight, offering a delicious variety to fuel our early hiking adventures! the staff, especially david and ana, were incredibly helpful with local tips and making our stay more enjoyable.

Spent 3 nights here and loved the chill vibe! The room was super comfy, and waking up to the mountain views from the balcony was everything. Breakfast had a nice variety, but the pillow was a bit too soft for my liking. Still, the staff was incredibly friendly and quick with room service, which was a big plus!

Staying here felt special with the beautiful view of the river and mountains right from our balcony. Even though the Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent initially, the charming decor and excellent breakfast offerings made up for it, along with the friendly staff who really enhanced our experience.

It was just an excellent fit for a whistle-stop in Interlaken with very good value for money. The balcony with a river view was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning sun. Bring a light coat for chilly evenings outside.
