The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with a nearby Sherpa supermarket and only a 10-minute walk to the main shopping center. It is also situated right at the slopes, specifically on the Proclou track, allowing guests to easily access the ski area. Moreover, the hotel offers stunning views from certain rooms, such as Prana 203, which overlooks a blue slope and the summit of a mountain. Guests can enjoy the breathtaking scenery during their stay.

the location was quite far from the town center and we had to walk uphill to get there, which was tiring after a long day of skiing. We also felt that the extra fees for spa access and using the jacuzzi were unnecessary and expensive.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise, fulfilling every exclusive amenity that you could ever desire. The spa and wellness centre was inviting and relaxing, giving us a perfect escape from the winter cold. The indoor swimming pool was immaculate, with a sauna and steam room to add an extra layer of luxury. The massage treatments were a dream, and the entertainment provided was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was simply exquisite, with a bar/lounge area and outdoor dining options available to suit every taste.

Although this hotel provided incredible facilities and services, the only minor issue we encountered was with the outdoor swimming pool. The water was a little too cold for us to properly enjoy, and we would have appreciated it being heated or a sun loungers area closer to the indoor swimming pool.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the indoor heated pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The ski hire shops were conveniently located right at the hotel's doorstep. the cleanliness and amenities were top-notch.
