The room, although not as clean as we would have liked, was still quite tidy. We had no trouble finding parking, and the hotel's location near the M4 and this city was convenient for us. The hotel facilities were good, and we enjoyed the easy access to transportation.

The room was cool during a heatwave. The pub was quiet, not too busy. Polite staff. Good location for work, near motorway. Efficient WIFI in pub and room.

We had a lovely evening at the pub, enjoying a delicious three-course meal. The friendly staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, with generous portions and reasonable prices. The location was perfect, situated in a small village but also within close proximity to Chippenham town centre.

The Wi-Fi in the accommodation block was non-existent for my iPad, which was a major inconvenience as I needed to work and stay connected.

The location is ideal for exploring the local tourist attractions.

Some guests experienced noise issues due to creaky floorboards in the rooms above, disturbing their sleep.

We spent our Christmas at this pub with rooms and had a great time. the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with our queries. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the town. the room was clean and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and a wide range of TV channels. We enjoyed the wholesome pub grub served at reasonable prices and the good selection of ales that the pub offers.

The lack of toiletries storage in the bathroom. There was not enough space to place our belongings, and we had to keep them on the washbasin, which was inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at the Jolly Huntsman in Chippenham. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. the rooms were lovely, spacious, and modern, with a supremely comfy bed. We enjoyed the great food and service, including a delicious packed breakfast each day. the location was also convenient, with free parking and a charming village nearby. We will definitely be returning as it's perfect for our work in the area.
