As a solo traveler, I loved the central location of the hotel, overlooking the river and just a short walk to the sanctuary and shops. The breakfast had a great continental selection and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The central location was excellent, within walking distance to the Sanctuary. The hotel was spacious and clean, with a friendly and accommodating staff. There were cafes and restaurants just outside the hotel. The air conditioning was a good point.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the daily change of linen and towels. It was also a bonus to have friendly and helpful staff who were quick to address any issues, such as a loose wiring connection for the AC. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

There were a few things that could have been improved. the lack of bedside tables made it difficult to keep personal items within reach.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is very near to the Grotto of Lourdes, making it convenient for families with children who want to visit this important religious site. It is also right beside the Pont Vieux, a beautiful bridge that offers stunning views of the river. the staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist guests with any needs they may have.

The bathroom facilities in the hotel could use some improvement. According to one reviewer, the water did not drain automatically after a shower, requiring guests to manually sweep it away.

I recently stayed at Saint Jean for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. Tania and Tarian at the reception were absolutely welcoming and provided mind-blowing customer service from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel is great, with all the facilities nearby. The price for the room was amazing given the breathtaking views from my room. The room was spacious and the staff at room service were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Saint Jean for a memorable and pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right across the 'Pont Vieux' and next to a boulangerie and small grocery store. It was also conveniently near the Cathedral and the Basilique of Lourdes. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a private bathroom and well-equipped kitchenette in our accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided had a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had free parking available nearby and was easily accessible to transportation.
