During our New Year stay, we had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a modern decor that we loved. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the delicious food at the restaurant and snack bar, which were also very reasonably priced. we were impressed with the secure parking facilities, providing peace of mind for our car.

One minor downside was the lack of beverage facilities in the room. However, the staff were more than accommodating and promptly brought hot drinks to our room upon request.

The breakfast selection at Zenit Pamplona was fantastic, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. The hotel's location close to the motorway was convenient for our travels. We also appreciated the secure parking provided, especially as we were traveling with our pet dog. The room and bathroom were well appointed and the mini bar had a reasonable selection at affordable prices.

One small irritation we encountered was the poor selection of coffee and tea making facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have more variety.

Incredible location, so close to the airport I almost missed my flight! The restaurant served such exquisite dishes, I had to try them all. And don't even get me started on the gym and sauna, I was sweating just thinking about them.

Just a small inconvenience, but I would have loved if they had a personal butler to cater to my every whim.

The bus stop just steps away provides easy access to downtown, perfect for exploring the city. The staff is helpful and accommodating, as seen in their willingness to bring hot drinks to the room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plump pillows for a good night's sleep. The hotel is spotlessly clean, impressing guests with its high standards of cleanliness.

The opening time for the restaurant may not be ideal for those who prefer to eat earlier in the evening.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One thing I loved about it was the staff; they were very friendly and always willing to help. Another thing I appreciated was the easy access to the city center. the hotel was located near several transportation options such as taxis and buses, which made it easy to get to all the tourist attractions. the hotel was surrounded by several shops, so I could easily pop out for some shopping.

The hotel was nice, but one thing I didn't like was its distance from the city center. It was a bit far, which made going back and forth a little inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of hot and cold choices. The receptionists and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. The quality of the food from the 3-course menu was excellent, as was the wine. The hotel room was top quality and spacious. It is situated in a commercial area with lots of shops and conveniently located for the Naverra Arena. There are bus stops opposite the hotel for easy access to the city centre. it was a great value for money hotel.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
