I stumbled upon this hotel on a spontaneous trip and was pleasantly surprised by the price and accommodations. The room was incredibly comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette, a spacious shower, and a comfortable bed. The wifi was reliable, and there was a nice working area with a desk. I had plenty of entertainment options on the TV, with channels in multiple languages. The location was also great, within walking distance of the historic center and close to a tram stop for rainy days. The receptionist was friendly and even offered us free parking when the elevator was out of service. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is also situated right in front of the tram stop Gergovia, providing excellent access to transportation. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with a small kitchen, desk, and bathtub. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The dishes were not properly cleaned and we had to rewash them before use. the fuse is easily blown when using the electric kettle and microwave at the same time, and no instructions were provided on how to fix it.
