The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful river and a lovely island in sight. , the customer service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent assistance and being incredibly attentive. They made us feel valued and well taken care of. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was conveniently close to both the train station and the city center.

Sadly, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. We found the garbage basket full upon our arrival, and to our disappointment, there was no cleaning service provided during our entire stay.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient location near train station and old town. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Great views and access to tram system.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was ideal, situated near the main tourist sites and away from the river. The staff provided exceptional service, from the moment I checked in until I left. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. The hotel also had a variety of onsite facilities including a spa & wellness center, fitness center, and restaurant. my stay here was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The quality of service and comfort provided was outstanding.

no air conditioning in the studio apartment

Immaculate rooms, comfy bed with pristine sheets and duvet. Clean tub and windows that open. Mesmerizing views from 9th floor. Tiny kitchenette with kettle, tea, and cookies. Amazing nearby restaurant, truly excellent food.

We stayed over the weekend and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The compact room was clean, comfortable, and had a good bathroom with a nice shower. The front desk staff were all friendly and spoke English. The location was perfect, with a 10-15 minute walk along the canal to the town center. The view from our apartment was great, overlooking the river and beyond. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The studio design was well thought out and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The mirror fountain nearby was beautiful.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area by the fast flowing river. I loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

One minor drawback was the language barrier with some of the staff, as not all of them spoke fluent English. However, this did not pose a significant issue as the majority of people in the area were very helpful and accommodating.

Comfortable stay with great amenities. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The A/C had a small issue, but opening the window solved it. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Residhome. I would definitely recommend it.

Great river views and clean, modern rooms with a fully equipped kitchenette. Very comfortable beds and a fantastic location close to public transportation and the city center made it easy to explore the area. the hotel staff was friendly and provided great service.

Although the breakfast was decent, the seating area was a bit cramped and could get congested quickly. navigating the car park was challenging due to the narrow passages, and the access key was often finicky and needed to be reprogrammed frequently.
