Friendly and helpful staff, impeccable service. The room was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the extensive and varied breakfast buffet. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the area. we had a wonderful stay at Royal Emeraude Mgallery.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the beautiful beach. I loved being able to walk to all the local restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for such as tea and coffee facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy bed. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's service was top-notch, with room service and a helpful concierge available at all times.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the Clarins toiletry products provided. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide helpful information. The location of the hotel was perfect, being just steps away from the Plage de l'Ecluse. We couldn't ask for a better experience at Mgallery. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The bar closed at 9pm on Saturday, which was a bit disappointing as we would have liked to enjoy a nightcap at the hotel after dinner. However, this was the only negative aspect of our stay.

Some rooms even offer a sea view, providing a soothing backdrop for relaxation. the hotel's themed decor adds a unique touch to the overall ambiance.

It would have been better if the shower heads were fixed in place, as it was inconvenient to hold them throughout the shower.

Stayed over Easter, fantastic views of the sea and close to the beach. Great size rooms with modern decor, comfortable beds and a good-sized shower in the bathroom. The facilities were great too, including spa and sports facilities. Overall an excellent choice if you’re visiting this French coastal town.

Some of the staff could be nicer and a bit more helpful, especially regarding upgrades. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown with limited options and poor quality drinks, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from if you want something better.

The hotel is in a superb location near the sea and city center. The front desk staff, especially Sophie, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous, with a beautiful sea view, blackout blinds, and great air conditioning. The hotel's decor throughout is lovely and to a high standard. The bar staff were charming and offered great recommendations. it was a perfect stay.

The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are spacious, with some even featuring large showers for added comfort. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfast served is satisfactory, offering a variety of options to start your day. Additionally, there are shops nearby for convenient shopping and the hotel provides a secure indoor garage for parking.

One minor downside is the lack of a restaurant onsite, but with so many dining options in close proximity, it's not a major inconvenience.
