the room was absolutely filthy and reeked of something very unpleasant. it's shocking how the staff could be so unfriendly in such a supposed 'charming' hotel. I also expected at least a complimentary bottle of wine, considering the state of the room, but no, just a bottle of water. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! Noise from the surrounding industrial area is a bit off-putting!!! Parking could definitely use some enhancement, as it can feel quite cramped!!!

Family-Friendly Spot for Relaxing

We had a pretty nice time! The staff were friendly, and our room was spacious with plenty of light, perfect for letting the kids play safely! Plus, there was a bottle of water waiting for us in the room!

It wasn't cheap either, but it was still acceptable for what was offered.

The room was super spacious and clean, and I also loved how comfortable the bed was! There was a lovely outdoor seating area that was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the lack of a restaurant on-site might make meals a bit tricky. 😊

I appreciated the location, so close to the Marina and the local seafood restaurants. I enjoyed a quiet morning with a cup of coffee from the lobby while planning my day. The 24-hour reception was helpful when I wanted to arrange a tour of the wineries. My experience was fine, but parking could be better in a crowded area. I hope to return for another road trip in the U.S. soon.
