During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the hotel's complimentary hot chocolate and Christmas cookie upon check-in. the hotel's location was also convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops. the hotel's festive decorations added to the overall holiday spirit.

The bathroom was also in need of maintenance as the showerhead was leaking and the tiles had grime buildup. the room lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep with noise from neighboring rooms and outside traffic.
