We loved staying here! It’s so easy to get around because it’s right by the underground. The service was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were great too, we had a welcome drink and there was an electric kettle with tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant was lovely and had special diet menus. The dining area was carpeted and there was even a bar/lounge area. The staff were attentive and gave excellent customer service. We will definitely recommend this place to family!

We loved the boutique hotel feel of this property and the fact that it is above a cozy and clean traditional British pub. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. The Spencer room was gorgeous and had beautiful blackbird details throughout. It was spotless and had great amenities like a safe and coffee machine. The location is perfect, just a 30-second walk from the tube station, making it easy to explore all the popular attractions on the Piccadilly line. The included breakfast was a bonus.

The room at Blackbird was beautifully designed with clever details, like the TV coming out of a bench and an automatic night light in the bathroom. The staff were amazing and quickly relocated us when there was an issue with noise in the room. The location was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Despite a few minor drawbacks like a slightly small bed and some road noise, we had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Arnold Suite was beautiful and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, a desk, mini fridge, ironing board. The tea and coffee facilities were great, and the bathroom was lovely with nice touches like blackbird tiles and pictures. The staff were always pleasant and courteous, and the breakfast was satisfying with plenty of choices.
