Our Christmas stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. We were greeted with a warm welcome and were given a beautiful room with a stunning view. The attention to detail in the decorations and festive atmosphere really made us feel like we were in a winter wonderland. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The price of the hotel was quite steep and didn't fit into our budget as comfortably as we would have liked. the noise from the street could be a bit distracting at times, especially during the busy holiday season.

As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional customer service and attentive nature of the staff. The facilities and amenities provided, including the amazing spa and pool area, made my stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at Shangri-La was absolutely wonderful! The moment we entered through the gates, we were greeted with a divine scent that made us feel like we were in a botanical garden in Tibet. The luxurious palace, with its authentic crown moldings and Versailles-style parquet floors, seamlessly blends classic French design with subtle Asian influences. And the room view of the Enchanting Tour Eiffel was simply breathtaking. We had a close-up view of the sparkling golden top half of the tower, which made for an unforgettable experience. The staff was elegant and attentive to our every need, and the welcome food set and traditional jasmine tea were a delightful touch. We only had time to enjoy a drink at the "Botaniste" bar, but we can't wait to come back and experience the popular CHI spa. I highly recommend this 5-star hotel for a truly magical stay in Paris.

A true 5-star experience. We stayed in the Junior suite, thanks to an upgrade from American Express. The service was impeccable, and the property was beautifully presented. Be sure to ask about the secret Krug terrace bar on the 4th floor for fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Shangri-La Paris surpassed all expectations with its amazing staff, stunning Eiffel Tower view, outstanding breakfast and dinner, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely gym and pool, and a helpful and kind staff.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and they even provided fresh fruit daily. They were extremely attentive to every aspect of our stay, including providing a bottle warmer and separate diaper pail for our 2-year-old. The attention to detail and helpfulness of the staff were outstanding.
