I absolutely adored the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel's lobby and common areas. The comfortable seating and warm, welcoming decor created a lovely ambiance for relaxation. Additionally, the accessibility features such as handrails, easy-to-navigate hallways, and elevators made it effortless for us seniors to move around. It was a delightful experience to feel well taken care of in such a graceful setting.

Just a more varied entertainment program for the younger staff would make it perfect for seniors.

I keep coming back for city break. Staff helped with direction. Has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, flat-screen TV. Perfect for me, also beach access. No pets, no smoking.

The Silver Cloud Hotel is conveniently located near the Museum of Glass and America's Car Museum, perfect for car and glass enthusiasts like me. The spacious King Jacuzzi Rooms with bay views were a luxurious treat.

The blinds in the jacuzzi suite didn't offer much privacy, but who needs privacy when you can let the world watch you relax in a hot tub? So thoughtful.

Great bay views, multiple walkways to watch boats. Extensive breakfast, no shuttle waiting. Convenient parking and free. Comfortable room with easy chair, big footrest, microwave, fridge. Guest laundry room and elevator.

The continental breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked necessary amenities. There were only a couple of towels and washcloths provided, which was not enough for each person in the room.

We loved our stay at the Silver Cloud Inn on Puget Sound! The king-sized room with a soaking tub, fireplace, and corner view of the pier and sound was fantastic. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly, and the cocktails and hors-d'oeuvres during happy hour were delicious. The breakfast was also great, and we enjoyed walking along the beautiful path by the sound to nearby restaurants.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable for what you get, especially considering the attention to detail in the recently remodeled rooms. The location is perfect, situated in a nice area right on the waterfront. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll on the public pathway along the beautiful waterfront.

We recently stayed at Silver Cloud Hotel for our small, intimate wedding. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, taking great care of us during our special occasion. The location is excellent, right on the water with gorgeous views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with large windows to enjoy the scenery. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The included breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We appreciated the covered parking and the easy access to the Tacoma Dome for a short drive.

The hotel offers incredible value for money, with rooms that are clean, updated, and equipped with very comfy beds.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic with no complaints.

Spacious room with desk, reading nook, dresser, closet, mini kitchen, and King sized bed. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels, and washcloths. Makeup mirror and comfortable bed with soft sheets and down pillows. Good location near restaurants, waterfront, and Convention Center.

We had an amazing stay with stunning views of the water and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved the convenience of being near a park for an evening stroll, and the Spar tavern was a great spot for drinks and food. The location was also close to some great restaurants for dining out.

The noise levels could be a bit loud at times, which disrupted our sleep and relaxation.
