Attentive staff, good location, upgraded room with Rhône view. Spacious with nice shower and comfy beds. Fantastic dinner at 3 domes restaurant. slightly inattentive service but quality, fresh, creative dishes made up for it. Good parking, spacious underground car park.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a enjoyable stay. The location was ideal for tourists, near Bellecour and other attractions. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable.

We stayed at Sofitel Bellecour for 3 nights and were thoroughly impressed. The staff provided excellent service, especially the concierge who gave great recommendations. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk away from Bellecour and the Old Town. The dining area on the 8th floor offered stunning views of Lyon and the breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed at Sofitel in Lyon for my mini honeymoon. The hotel is superb. The front desk staff, especially Olivia, were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist us. The location is great for shops, restaurants, and sightseeing. The restaurant on the 8th floor offers amazing views and delicious food. The doorman's welcome was outstanding, and the Trois Domes restaurant had excellent food and service. Breakfast and the coffee shop, Silk, were also good.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly professional and courteous.

The only thing that could have been better about the breakfast was the scrambled eggs, they didn't look very inviting.

The room we stayed in had a beautiful river view, and we were really impressed that the hotel offered us a complementary bottle of champagne and chocolates upon arrival. the hotel is located in a central area, which made it easy for us to explore the town and to take a stroll along the river. the bed in our room was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

The noise in the hotel was a real issue for us. We heard other guests coming and going late at night and in the early morning.

The front desk and room service staff were very accommodating, even providing complimentary items like a free mini bar and a big bottle of orange juice. The hotel also fulfilled our request for a room with a view of the Rhone River above the tree line. The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the staff is friendly.
