The hotel is located in a great area, close to everything we did in Paris. We were just a short walk away from Champes avenue and there were plenty of nearby restaurants in close walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, such as a spa and a comfortable bed.

The Wi-Fi was not up to par.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the Champs Élysées and George V & CDG Etoile metro stations, making it easy to visit major attractions like the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and Disneyland. The rooms have a modern touch and the bathrooms are well-equipped. The service is outstanding, with friendly and professional staff providing personalized attention. The breakfast offers limited choices, but the eggs are delicious. The hotel also has facilities such as a bar and room service, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

The occasional power outages and slow internet, but they were not major issues.

During my stay at the hotel, I had a wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my birthday celebrations extra special. They surprised me with balloons, a cake, and a personalized note, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The spacious suite provided ample room for my family, and we were treated to complimentary Nespresso coffee every morning. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the main attractions of Paris. The room service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff catering to our needs, including providing milk for our child. The attention to detail and personalized touches, like a handwritten note and stuffed animal for our daughter, made our stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

Although my stay was overwhelmingly positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. The housekeeping service could have been better as our room was not cleaned properly and the shower gel, shampoo, and bottles of water were not refilled.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel! the service upon arrival was welcoming and the room was clean and modern. We particularly loved the shower/wet room and the comfortable bed. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the overnight shift employee who provided exceptional service. this hotel provided the highest standard of hospitality.

With luxury stores lining the nearby Champs Elysees, shopping enthusiasts will be in paradise. The spacious and well-appointed room provided a comfortable stay, while the huge bathroom added a touch of luxury. The attentive staff ensured excellent service throughout my stay. The delicious breakfast options were a great start to the day. this hotel offers a great location and a comfortable stay.

There was a minor issue with the cleanliness of the room.

the room advantages were impressive, with a beautiful sun terrace and private facilities. the restaurant offered an amazing selection of halal and kosher food and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. Packed lunches were also available which was a great addition. the location was very central and convenient for sightseeing.

Cons the only minor issue I encountered was that in-room breakfast was not included in the room rate and had to be ordered separately. the service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill any of my needs, including providing special diet menus.

This hotel is the perfect spot for a getaway! the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, as well as the central location, which made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. the breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel's restaurant.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about this hotel. the only downside was the size of the rooms, which were a bit small compared to other hotels we've stayed in.

Being a few blocks off the busy Champs Elysees, it offers a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or reservations. The hotel facilities are top-notch and the cleanliness is impeccable. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.
