The room was gigantic and clean, with a sea view and a decent sized balcony. The hotel had great amenities, including an extensive breakfast selection, free tea in the afternoon, and a well-stocked bar. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the lake, restaurants, and shops. The staff, especially Vito in the restaurant, provided excellent service and suggestions. a very nice and relaxing place.

We had a wonderful stay at Excelsior Le Terrazze. the hotel's beautiful location and stunning views were a highlight for us. the food at the restaurant was amazing and provided great value for money. the staff were fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. We loved relaxing by the lovely pool area and the small, personable atmosphere of the hotel. the hotel's proximity to Garda centre, just a 5-minute walk away, was very convenient. the public areas were also lovely and added to the overall charm of the hotel. a great holiday experience.

The hotel is located right near the lake, offering beautiful views of the water. The rooms are modern and clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities such as a safe, tea and coffee, air conditioning, and a fridge. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including made-to-order eggs and pancakes. The hotel also has a pool and free onsite parking for added convenience.

Great value for money with a lovely panoramic view of the lake from the spacious balcony. Although situated on a busy road, the glittering lake and verdant gardens given respite. Very close to the jetty for boat tours and close enough to walk into town. Quality breakfast with plenty of tasty options and cooked on request. Delightful service from friendly staff.

The convenience of being able to take a bus around the lake or to Verona was fantastic. The hotel also had a beautiful view of the lake, which exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
