had a wonderful stay at a nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff who really made me feel welcome. Loved the convenient location near tram, train station, and bus stops. Villa Otero exceeded my expectations and made my time in Nice memorable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the heart of the city center, just a short walk from the train station. The reception area was beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable space to relax. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and cakes served throughout the day. It was a nice touch that added to the overall experience.

I did notice that some areas of the hotel could benefit from a deep clean and a few touch-ups.

The value for money at Villa Otero was great, with clean and beautifully decorated rooms. The location was convenient, close to transportation, and the staff were extremely nice and friendly.

The staff at Villa Otero By Happyculture were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being close to the train station and other transportation options. Additionally, the hotel had a modern and beautiful design. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent, especially the manager who greeted us upon arrival and check-in. He was extremely helpful and charming. the hotel had a lovely open plan main entrance with a relaxing area for guests. They provided coffee and pastries throughout the day and night, which was a nice touch. -the location was relatively central and very close to the main rail station, making it convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas.

We were charged €10.00 per room for drinking water bottles, which we found to be a rip-off. There was no mention of this charge and we only discovered it on our final statement.

Breakfast was enjoyed on balconies due to restrictions, but still cozy. the atmosphere was friendly and the lobby and room design were pleasing. Located near the railway station, but not close to the beach or main streets.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is very conveniently located near the train station and close to the main walking street, which made it easy to get around and explore the city. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciated the room service, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. The room was well-equipped with great amenities, including ironing facilities, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I felt very comfortable and safe here, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We recently stayed at Villa Otero and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's modern decor and well-decorated interiors instantly caught our attention. The staff, especially Alain, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a quick 4-minute walk from the Central station, which made it easy for us to explore Monaco and neighboring cities. Additionally, the room amenities, including the luxurious Nuxe products, were of great quality. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our city break at this hotel. the complementary pastries and hot drinks offered to guests were a nice touch, and the location close to the train station made it easy to get around the city. the staff were always friendly and helpful, giving us great suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

The wifi connection could be a bit unreliable at times, and although the hotel didn't have a bar, that was not a problem for us. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.
