During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The recently renovated bathrooms were a nice touch, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the convenient location near the university made it an ideal choice.

I do have to mention one drawback. The hotel falls short of its supposed 4-star rating, as the furniture is outdated and in need of refurbishment.

The hotel is conveniently located just around 200m from a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to a large shopping center, providing guests with plenty of shopping and dining options. The rooms are spacious and the Wifi connection is excellent, ensuring guests can stay connected.

Some guests mentioned an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which could be improved.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the lovely furniture. the hotel is located in a great area near the university with lots of nice shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's only a minute walk from the subway station. the friendly and helpful staff added to the pleasant stay.

The A/C was centrally controlled and set off which caused my room to be uncomfortably hot, and the bathroom was dated with some black spots. the toiletries provided were minimal.

We had a pleasant stay at Arenas hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Despite a small issue with our room, they were quick to resolve it and even upgraded us to a larger room with complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for its great service and willingness to accommodate guests.
