The location of the resort is great, with easy access to shops and other restaurants in the area. The buffet dinner on the beach was a highlight, with delicious food, entertainment, and a fire show that added to the ambiance. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the crystal clear waters. The breakfast had plenty of options and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the free use of kayaks and paddle boards.

The drink menu during Happy Hour was limited and did not include some specific drinks that we were hoping to try.

Spacious beachfront bungalow with stunning views of the sunrise, mountains, and sunset. Enjoyed the glass-bottom coffee table and feeding the fish below. The coral garden was easily accessible by kayak. The manager was polite and attentive to guests' needs.

The cost of airport transfers was quite expensive and should have been mentioned in advance. It would have been nice to receive a small gift at the end of our stay.

The bungalows were spacious and comfortable, and the tours offered were amazing. the clear water and lovely beaches were a highlight. the fact that fantastic restaurants provided free taxi service was convenient and appreciated.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the clear water and amazing beaches at this resort. The overwater bungalows were a highlight, with water about 3-4' deep right outside our doorstep. We could swim with eagle rays and stingrays, which were used to people and didn't get scared. The staff was super friendly and the food and drinks were excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful beach, local market, and nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the low-key local vibe and the ability to explore Bora Bora's culture.

We loved staying at this place! The location is amazing, as it is situated right at the beach and the crystal clear water was absolutely beautiful. The room service was excellent and the staff provided great services. The airport shuttle was a bonus and it was easy to access. We also enjoyed the tours/ticket assistance and happy hour during our stay. The room amenities such as air conditioning and in-room safe made our stay more comfortable.

Although we don't generally write reviews, we recommend this hotel to everyone. The leisure facilities such as outdoor swimming pool and beach access were very relaxing, and we spent a lot of time there.

Absolutely nothing

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to a supermarket, restaurants, and the beautiful Matira Beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a desk, couch, and a glass top coffee table where we could slide open the top to observe and feed the fish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were excellent, including a swimming pool, beach access, and a fitness center. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had the most amazing time at this resort! The overwater bungalows were luxurious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved being able to jump straight into the water from my suite and snorkel around with the fish. The resort was well maintained and had a relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the private island and tourist shops. it was a dream honeymoon stay!

While the room was impeccably maintained, I was the lack of an enclosed shower or shower curtain. The bathroom floor would get wet after each use, which was a bit inconvenient.

Over the Xmas period, we stayed at an overwater accommodation which was generously furnished, with an excellent inter-connected balcony and access to the sea which kept us refreshed. the staff was friendly and polite, which made the stay much more pleasurable. they offered complementary breakfast which was a great touch, and provided bicycles so we could explore the area conveniently.

The prices of the meals were exorbitant and we found ourselves spending most of our budget on food. This was worsened by the unavailability of other food options apart from the hotel's restaurant.

We had the most incredible stay at the beachfront bungalow in Intercontinental! The location was perfect, with direct access to the beach and stunning views. The bungalow itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping right onto the sandy shore. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the resort was delicious, and we particularly loved the Tahitian night event with fantastic dancing and great variety of dishes. We also appreciated the option to borrow books from the library. Despite the windy weather and partially shaded pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Intercontinental. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable vacation experience.
