There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which came in handy. the separate spaces for the sink, toilet, and bath were convenient. the hotel's location near the train station made it easy to explore the city. the staff were polite and professional, providing excellent service. the amenities provided, such as make-up remover lotion and bathrobes, were a nice touch.

The carpet in the room looked worn and could use an update. the pool and fitness center had restricted hours, which was inconvenient.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for my tall frame. The hotel's location above the main train station made it easy to explore Kyoto and catch the Sunrise tourbus. Conveniently located near shopping, cafes, and restaurants. the hotel staff was fluent in English and offered helpful concierge services. the option to ship luggage via Yamato was a game, changer and made our travel experience much easier.

The room had a strong smell of tobacco in the corridors, despite being a non, smoking room. the buffet dinner at Les Temps was crowded and the food was not kept hot enough.

The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to explore this city. Being inside the main train terminal, I had quick access to transportation and could easily visit different areas of Kyoto. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

We were amazed by the convenience of Hotel Granvia's location. Being directly connected to the train station made traveling around Kyoto and exploring nearby cities a breeze. Plus, the concierge team went above and beyond to assist us with restaurant recommendations and even helped us communicate with cab drivers in Japanese. The view of Kyoto Tower from our clean and comfortable room was an added bonus. The hotel also had a fantastic pool and fitness studio, which we took advantage of. the experience was top-notch and worth the extra money for the convenience.

The hotel had a fantastic swimming pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for families with children. The room offered a great view of the station, allowing us to watch the trains come and go, including the bullet trains. The convenience stores nearby, especially the one in the station, were very handy. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with strong coffee. The room, upgraded and pleasant, had wonderful toiletries, and the hotel's location provided a spectacular view of Kyoto tower.

Everything is what I need and want.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right into the main train station. Shopping centres and department stores are just downstairs. the staff were great to communicate with, very efficient and friendly. They had prepared a lovely gesture for us on arrival, knowing we were a family coming from Dubai. They placed a prayer rug, Quran, and kids' toothbrushes in our room. the ideal location for first-time travelers in the city and for solo female travelers. Easy access to everywhere with a spectacular view. Fantastic food shops and other amenities nearby. the Granvia lounge was calm and breakfast in all restaurants was delicious. the bed was super comfortable, and the robot toilet and shower with three different shower bits were amazing. Highly recommended.

Rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Lounge access was a highlight with excellent service. Proximity to bus stop was greatly appreciated in rainy weather.
