My recent stay at Ambassadori was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is newly built in a picturesque location surrounded by mountains and fresh air. The ski lift is conveniently close by, perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. The swimming pool at the hotel is exceptional, providing a relaxing experience. The staff, especially Irakli, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Despite a few minor issues, such as limited breakfast choices during the off-season and some maintenance problems, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway.

This hotel is a luxurious gem in the mountains. The staff is exceptional, providing Dubai-level service and meeting any needs we had. The spa and wellness centre is a great way to unwind after exploring the surrounding area. The indoor swimming pool is exceptional, and the sauna and steam room provide a relaxing retreat. The restaurant serves delicious food and the in-room breakfast was a decadent experience. The room was spacious and the amenities were exclusive. The location is perfect for skiing, with a nearby ski lift and breathtaking views of the snowy mountains.

The road to the hotel can be difficult to navigate, especially after sunset. Additionally, some communication issues arose with one of the receptionists, but the rest of the staff were quick to resolve the issue and even provided a complimentary bottle of wine and fruits.

Spent xmas in this hotel, and the breakfast and dinner were pretty good. Free shuttle to the ski lift was handy, and the view from the room was stunning, especially at sunrise. The skiing conditions were perfect, managed to rent all the equipment we needed on arrival.

Even worse, there was no internet connection throughout our stay, which meant no Netflix for the kids and no communication for work. The hotel was pretty pricey, and the only other place to eat nearby was a convenience store - not really what we were looking for in terms of holiday dining.
