The hotel had nice decorations for Christmas and great food. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient to get to the tourist attractions in the area. The room was tidy, had nice bathroom fixtures, and felt safe.

The hotel needs some serious renovations, particularly in the common areas. The carpet was worn and the furniture was outdated.

I recently stayed at an artistic and very comfortable haven in a smart suburb of Pretoria. The room was lovely with a super comfortable bed and nice touches like complimentary wine and snacks. The gardens were beautiful with artwork all around. The staff were friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. The free wifi and easy parking were convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The room and bathroom were of good quality and the service was friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The outdoor area with a pool and pool bar was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was attentive and caring, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The short duration of a massage treatment we booked, which ended abruptly after 20 minutes.

Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious breakfast options that cater to special dietary needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the outdoor swimming pool; it was closed for maintenance during our stay.
