I appreciated the complementary water bottles and Wi-Fi that was included in the room. the location of the hotel was great, as it was near the convention center and a few good restaurants. the hotel had a nice fitness center that I used every morning.

The bathroom in my room had leftover soap scum and hair in the shower. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too firm.

The pools were refreshing but the music was very loud and the same three songs played over and over. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, with a wide variety of options. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend the resort.

We had a luxurious getaway at this hotel. the exclusive amenities include a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, spacious sun terrace and a spa lounge. the spa & wellness centre offers a range of massages and treatments. the private facilities were exquisite and made us feel special. the restaurant served delicious food and had a good selection of special diet menus.

The only minor flaw we found at this venue was the lack of English speaking staff. Although the service was good, it was difficult to communicate our needs effectively.

The staff at the lounge and spa provide exceptional service, making the stay more enjoyable. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as a new swimming pool and comfortable sun beds.

The service from some staff members can be lacking, with instances of neglect and indifference towards solo travelers.

Free room upgrade upon arrival. Delicious food and best breakfast compared to other hotels. Large territory with 2 outdoor pools and one indoors. Facilities include bowling, billiards, horse riding, golf, and tennis. New building is recommended for better rooms.
