I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The location was perfect as I could easily walk to the nightlife and also enjoyed the nearby relaxation areas. The staff were very friendly and the basic amenities provided made my stay comfortable with no issues.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is addressing the stinky bathroom floor drain issue. Although this did not affect my overall experience, it would be beneficial for the hotel to resolve this.

My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. I was upgraded to a spacious Deluxe Double Room that was clean and beautifully decorated. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect. Just a two-minute walk to the beach and conveniently located next to 7/11 and No.9, a delicious Thai restaurant. I also rented a bike from Cheap as Chips, which was right next door, and enjoyed daily rides to Surin beach. In the evenings, I took a leisurely 15/20 minute walk to experience the vibrant nightlife of Phuket. I highly recommend Khaleej Mass Hotel for its superb value for money.

The room at Khaleej Mass Hotel Patong was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I loved the cozy bed and the beautiful decoration in the room. The A/C was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and great restaurants nearby. The daily cleaning service and fresh water bottles were a nice touch. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a quick walk to the beach which was great, and it also had a beautiful decoration in the rooms with comfortable and clean bedding. the A/C was quiet and perfect for the weather.

The room was way too small with no windows and poor quality towels. the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the room was extremely stuffy with no ventilation whatsoever.
