I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, situated on a quiet street within walking distance of the city center. It's also conveniently located on the same street as the now legendary Fabrika, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The staff here are truly exceptional, providing top-notch service and always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From room service to dry cleaning, they cater to every need with efficiency and friendliness.

Upon arrival, I had a minor issue with the room service not showing up, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the situation and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, and I particularly enjoyed the separated shower and toilet. The comfortable mattress and bathtub added to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel's location was also ideal, being near a church and within walking distance of attractions. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great location in a charming old neighborhood, just a short metro ride from Liberty Square. the area was relaxed and full of charm, making it a delightful place to explore. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, one of the best we experienced in Georgia. the hotel had a fantastic bar and there were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby to choose from. the staff were outstanding, offering a warm welcome and being incredibly helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lastly, the hotel was incredibly good value for money, making it an excellent choice for travelers on a budget.

There were a few areas that could be improved upon. One issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, as it was possible to hear noise from neighboring guests and the hallway.

The breakfast includes a delicious Middle Eastern option of hummus, and the food served in the restaurant is also tasty. The staff is attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The room is quite dark, lacking practical overhead lighting for packing or working during the evening hours.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and found two complimentary features that we particularly enjoyed. the location was perfect for access to local spots close by. the breakfast was really delicious and provided us with a great start to the day. the cozy ambience was especially comforting on cold nights.

The lighting was extremely poor and made it hard to navigate some areas of the hotel. Our room felt quite cramped and we had to carefully avoid hitting objects while walking around.

The surroundings might not be very beautiful, but the hotel itself is nestled on a quiet street. The service here is exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry all available. The airport shuttle service is also convenient for travelers. The welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance add a nice touch. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensure a peaceful stay, and the free Wi-Fi is a bonus.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all.
