The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they always went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The housekeeping was impeccable, with clean and well-maintained rooms, bedding, and towels. The hotel also had great facilities, including a lovely terrace and garden furniture where I could relax and unwind. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a huge plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. the quality of service and attention to detail at this hotel was truly exceptional.

Spending my Christmas vacation at this hotel was great. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of cooked elements that changed daily. this hotel's key location allowed me to have excellent access to public transportation and other amenities. I also enjoyed the lobby located on every floor, making it convenient for conducting meetings.

The Wi-Fi was weak, and the smoke from the corridors could be smelled in my room at times. the photos of this hotel's interior made the place look larger and grander than it is in actuality.

The location is fantastic, with convenient access to various attractions. Despite some issues, the hotel staff is known for their amazing service, always humble and willing to help. The chef, in particular, goes the extra mile to cater to vegetarian guests, preparing delicious dishes like babaganosh. The breakfast offers a good variety, with changing cooked elements daily. Additionally, the hotel provides lobby areas on each floor, perfect for conducting meetings without disrupting your stay.

The drainage system in the washrooms needs improvement.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location and ambiance of Denis Hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the dedication of the staff really stood out. I especially want to mention Chef Nino, who went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs and prepared a delicious and personalized dish for me. The breakfast options were excellent, with a good variety of vegetarian choices. The quality of the food, including the cherry filled muffins, was exceptional. I also appreciated the convenience of having a lobby on every floor, which made conducting meetings at the hotel very easy. I had a wonderful experience at Denis Hotel and highly recommend it.
