Historically attractive building. Well-maintained and charming. Peaceful location next to Retiro park. Gorgeous junior suite. Helpful staff. Fantastic bed. Quiet room with beautiful park view. Great restaurant with tasty food and excellent service. Delicious and varied breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to several restaurants and just a short walk away from the main city center. Plus, it's near all the important sites of the city, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with lovely bathrooms. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the breakfast in the nice breakfast room was delicious. I also enjoyed the stunning view of Retiro Park from the hotel.

I did experience some issues with the check-out process, which could be improved.

We were amazed by the beauty and charm of this old mansion. The high ceilings and updated rooms perfectly blended old-world charm with modern comfort. The location, just across from Retiro Park, was convenient for exploring Madrid. The attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a small glitch in housekeeping, they quickly corrected it and even sent us a plate of fresh fruit with a handwritten apology note. we had a lovely three-night stay and would consider staying here again.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and were impressed with the luxurious amenities and excellent service. The Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing atmosphere with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage services. The room had exclusive advantages like a leisure/ TV room and private facilities. The in-room breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area provided a nice atmosphere for evening drinks. The staff was attentive and accommodating, fulfilling all of our needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location. Although the hotel was in a good area with several nearby restaurants, it was a bit of a walk to the busy parts of town.

This hotel was located near a stunning park and many popular attractions, which made it the perfect starting point for our weekend in the city. The friendly and attentive staff were a definite plus, making our stay more enjoyable. We also appreciated the option of having a modern and clean bathroom with plenty of hot water.

Our room didn't offer much of a view, facing an inner courtyard, which left us feeling disappointed. the breakfast was a bit pricey, so we opted to eat elsewhere.
