Everything was amazing from start to end. Wonderful reception, beyond expectations. Perfect location near metro. Extremely nice and friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping. Varied breakfast menu. Can't give 11/10, but surely 10/10.

The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist guests. Complimentary breakfast is offered, and the peach juice served is especially delicious.

There is no elevator in the hotel, which may be inconvenient for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The service at Hotel Diamond was exceptional. When we arrived late at night, the staff called us a taxi to the airport and even helped us communicate with the driver. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the peach juice they served during breakfast was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and wonderful accommodations.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, just two metro stations away from downtown. There were several small shops and a 24/7 mini-market around the corner, making it easy to grab necessities. The staff were friendly and professional, speaking English fluently. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable and delicious.

We had a negative experience with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room had a moldy smell and the furniture was outdated.

This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city, as the metro took us to the bustling city center in just a few minutes. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located in a typical Georgian neighborhood, giving us a taste of the local culture.
