Welcoming staff, especially Sofia at the pool bar. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful, spacious room. Good range of food choices. Clean rooms and nice beach with lifeguards. Nice surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend.

The hotel room had a fantastic view of the sea and pool area, with a comfortable bed and modern shower-in-bath. the location was convenient for my business trip, with nearby attractions and a reserved section of the beach for guests. the fitness room and yoga facilities were well-appointed and well-maintained.

The service at times felt unprofessional and poorly-trained, with staff struggling to understand English requests. the pool area could have been cleaner, and there were inconsistent policies regarding complimentary items such as water.

We had a magnificent stay at this hotel, enjoying luxurious and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional, providing high-quality massages, treatments, and beauty services. We also appreciated the heated swimming pool and the stunning Sun terrace. the location advantages, including the beach access and the garden area, gave us a sense of peacefulness and tranquility.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the restaurant. While the packed lunches and the special diet menus were delicious and varied, the dinner was not always up to par.
