We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel managers warmly welcomed us and the breathtaking view from the hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts were a delightful treat, with various options to choose from, including a delicious local specialty, and the coffee was strong and perfect. The staff, including Jane and the lady who helped during breakfast, were exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, right on the shore and just a short walk away from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area.

During our stay at Ardyne Guest House, we were delighted to find that the breakfast options were outstanding. From the delicious local kippers with perfectly poached eggs to the full Scottish breakfast variations, we were spoiled for choice. The coffee was strong and fresh, just the way we like it. The communication prior to our stay was helpful and the location, with its beautiful waterfront, was ideal for exploring the town. Despite a minor issue with the Wi-Fi in our room, our overall experience was lovely and we would definitely recommend this hotel for a warm and welcoming stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Ardyne Guest House. From the warm welcome to the comfortable room with a stunning bay window, everything was perfect. We loved using the provided binoculars to do some seal and bird spotting, and the short walk along the coastal footpath into town was so convenient. the breakfast options catered well for vegans and vegetarians, and they even had a sausage for my pup. the family-run atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The sea view from the room was fantastic and it was a perfect place to watch the sunset. the breakfast was really good, with lots of tasty options to choose from. They even provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

The room was a bit outdated and could have used some modernization. the noise from the nearby road was sometimes a bit loud, especially during the day.

We had an amazing stay at the Ardyne Guest House for a long weekend getaway. From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views, everything was perfect. Room 10 offered magnificent views and watching the sunset was a highlight. The breakfast, cooked to order, was the best we've ever had. Our 3-year-old son felt special with his own place at the table and loved using the binoculars. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the town center. We highly recommend this homely guest house.

This hotel's location is really excellent, being situated at Craigmore, a brisk walking distance from the main town. The views from the rooms are breathtaking, overlooking the bay and the Kyles of Bute. The attention to detail in the rooms, with their Victorian terraced building charm, is second to none. And let's not forget the excellent breakfast, served in the breakfast room with its picture window offering a view across Rothesay bay on sunny mornings.
