Nearby landmarks like Gergeti Glacier, Gergeti Trinity Church, and Mount Kazbek provided enriching experiences for family bonding. the staff, especially Nina, went above and beyond, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway in Kazbegi.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the mountains right from our room. The hotel itself was cozy and comfortable, with great common areas like the kitchen and chill area on the 3rd floor. The staff were exceptional, especially Narine who was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Despite a few minor issues like the water pressure in the shower being affected by the number of people using it and our room not being cleaned during our stay, these were quickly resolved when we mentioned them to the staff. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
