The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing everything that was needed, including a notepad for studying. The room was spacious and had the added bonus of being able to darken it sufficiently for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also spacious and modern, with the luxury of two showers. The hotel went above and beyond by providing a complimentary breakfast, which is rare in Switzerland. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The noise from the ventilation system could be heard throughout the night, which made it difficult for me to sleep as I am highly sensitive. finding food options after hours was challenging as everything in the area closed early, though this was not the hotel's fault.
