Superb hospitality, world-class staff, well-designed rooms with top-class facilities, overwhelming selection of food, quiet location with a nice weather.

During my stay, I was fortunate to have found a hotel in a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the city-life yet close to the airport. The hotel is situated in the outskirts of the city which is excellent for having a peaceful vacation. The location is right next to a serene lake that added charm to the beauty of the hotel. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and prompt in their service. Moreover, the breakfast had a broad range of cuisines with fresh and delicious food.

I experienced a bit of noise disturbance in the evening due to a swimming lesson taking place in the pool area, which was open to the public.

Clean and spacious rooms, with tasteful decorations. Reception staff, especially Irin, were helpful and supportive, providing printing services and a flexible check-out. Enjoyable breakfast, with friendly and helpful staff who taught guests the basics of the Georgian language. Excellent spa services, including an aroma massage that comes highly recommended. a delightful experience with hospitable staff and lovely accommodations.

The venue is a hidden gem with exclusive amenities exceeding my expectations. the service was impeccable, with an attentive staff that always went above and beyond to fulfill my luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness center was an oasis of relaxation, complete with a stunning indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage services. the spa lounge provided a tranquil retreat for me to unwind, and the Turkish bath offered an indulgent treat.

The hotel is located in a secluded area, quite far from the city center, which could be a minor inconvenience for those unwilling to hire a car or pay for a taxi.

We enjoyed the diverse breakfast options and room amenities, including fluffy towels. Although the location was a bit outside the city, having a car made it easy to get around. we recommend Hotels & Preference for its value.

The breakfast buffet was decent and the staff were friendly enough, but that's about it. the firework display they organized on New Year's Eve was quite impressive and really put us in a festive mood. the location of the hotel was convenient for those flying in and out of the airport, and the complimentary shuttle service was a nice touch.

Our stay was far from enjoyable. the room was unclean and the bed sheets were stained.
