Villa Paradiso was a wonderful experience. the dining and entertainment staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service. the variety of food choices, especially the fruit, vegetable, and salad options, were greatly appreciated. the family vacation atmosphere was enjoyable, with fun activities like dancing, games, and music. the on-site soccer pitch and play area were perfect for children. the structured meals and activities helped us relax and have a great time. the pool area and gardens were beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Our room was spacious and modern, and we loved having access to WiFi in the common areas.

Good location and friendly staff. the room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the surrounding area. They offer a shuttle service to nearby attractions and the breakfast spread was decent.

The noise levels from the nearby road and the hotel's own entertainment events were too high and disturbed my sleep. the menu for dinner was very limited and the food was mediocre at best.

The staff here were mind-blowingly brilliant, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and helped us with everything we needed. The room was super and such great value for money, clean and well-presented. The whole place was spotless and very well looked after. The location was ideal, just off the main road but still within a small walk to the lake and amazing restaurants. The breakfast spread was good, with friendly staff. The garden, pool, and futsol court were great amenities. Having a lift was a jaw-dropping convenience, especially for older folks and luggage. Clean sheets and towels were provided every day. The option for half board at such excellent value was a pleasant surprise, and our room was brilliant. The area was impressive, although a car is necessary. The reception desk lady and dining room waiters were super friendly and helpful. The free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool.

Nothing it is perfect

The location of the hotel was great for sightseeing, with easy access to the lake and rail. The town itself was a bit small but convenient for exploring nearby cities like Perugia and Assisi, both under 1 hour away. The hotel had a spacious and well-designed dining area, with plenty of tables and chairs crammed into it, covered over with canopies. The varied and interesting levels added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

The service at the hotel left much to be desired. The staff was often rude and unhelpful, especially the manager who made us feel like a burden instead of valued guests.

Great location for day trips, friendly staff, nice pool, pleasant surroundings, enjoyable evening entertainment. Ideal for budget travelers.

Felt like part of the family, couldn't find anything to complain about.
