The staff were attentive and helpful, even going the extra mile to return a forgotten phone. The room was clean and bright, with a pleasant view. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa area, were well-maintained. The breakfast had a good selection and the breakfast staff were exceptional. a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our comfort throughout our trip. They were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean. The location was perfect for us as it was a short walk or a quick taxi ride away from town. We really enjoyed our time here.

This hotel is recommended for families.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve in the Heart of Tbilisi

The rooftop breakfast offered a stunning panoramic view of Tbilisi. Plus, having a pool and sauna in the hotel was a great advantage, especially during winter. the hotel is in a key location, very close to the old town, which enabled me to see all the picturesque attractions. it was fairly priced, making it an excellent choice for those on a budget.

The downside was that the hotel is located in a less populated alleyway, which can be uncomfortable to walk through, especially at night. the area’s poorly-lit streets make it challenging to find the hotel’s entrance.

I had a very spacious room at the Tbilisi Laerton Hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always wearing a smile. The balcony was a lovely feature, although I think it would be more convenient if the door opened outwards. The breakfast was varied, with different Georgian dishes each day. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others.
