I recently stayed at a lovely B&B near the coast. The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach and close enough to the shops. The room was nicely decorated and appointed, with all the necessary facilities. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. The view from the dining area was lovely, overlooking the boathouse and boats.

The corridors leading to the rooms could use some improvement.

The hotel was right on the seafront, very close to the sea but slightly far away from the town center, which was nice as it wasn't impacted by noise. The room was clean and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

At Beamsley Lodge B&B, we had a fantastic stay. the breakfast was cooked fresh and the variety of options available, including fresh fruit, was impressive. the room was luxurious and spacious, with comfortable chairs to relax in. the location was quiet, but still within easy walking distance of the Pier and town. the owners were accommodating and friendly, even adjusting breakfast times for us. it was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend to others.

the owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even adjusted breakfast time for us since we had to leave early. the room was spacious and exceeded my expectations. the breakfast options were plentiful, with delicious cooked and cold choices, including vegetarian options. the location was convenient, with attractions like the crazy golf place and the pier within walking distance. a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Beamsley Lodge B&B to others!

We loved that the B&B was located right on the seafront, within walking distance of the pier, town centre, and station. The view of the sea from our clean and comfortable room was a definite highlight. The breakfasts offered a good choice of hot and cold food, with delicious options like fruit salad and eggs benedict. The location of the hotel is great, very close to some key attractions and with a beautiful view. The rooms themselves are cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast served was delicious and plentiful.

The staff were very unaccommodating when we needed to make changes to our reservation, and were quite rude when we asked for assistance. Additionally, the parking situation was very limited and expensive. not the most enjoyable experience.
