I recently stayed at a lovely B&B near the coast. The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach and close enough to the shops. The room was nicely decorated and appointed, with all the necessary facilities. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. The view from the dining area was lovely, overlooking the boathouse and boats.

The corridors leading to the rooms could use some improvement.

They explained everything upon arrival and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Their breakfast was delicious; not greasy at all and a great selection to choose from. the location was perfect, right by the seafront, and within easy walking distance of the beach, pier, and town centre. I can't wait to go back!
