Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Utsera and it was amazing. The hotel was even better than the photos with beautiful designs and of high quality. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance whenever needed. The restaurant served locally-inspired dishes that were delicious and of high quality. The hotel's key location provided a lovely view that was breathtaking, especially from the pool area. The children's play area was a great advantage, making the hotel perfect for families.

Some things could have been better. For instance, dogs which roamed around the dining area asking for food were a bit annoying.
