Located in a bustling area, this hotel exceeded my expectations for my Easter holiday. the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, and really went out of their way to make me feel at home. With stunning views from my room, as well as a well-equipped gym, I was able to relax and recharge after a long year at work. the complimentary breakfast was a real highlight - offering a wide range of delicious options that left me feeling full and satisfied.

While my overall experience was wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. the hotel could benefit from some soundproofing in the rooms, as there were some noises from the surrounding area that made it difficult to sleep at times.

The staff made us feel right at home, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean, quiet, and peaceful, providing a tranquil oasis for us to relax in. The amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and even a terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The breakfasts were delicious, providing us with the energy we needed to start our day. We were also impressed with the hotel's attention to detail, from the stylish interior design to the luxurious toiletries provided.

I had a great stay at Neapol Boutique. The room was immaculate and peaceful, making for a comfortable night's rest. The staff were always friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to help me find my way around the city. The delicious breakfast was a delightful start to the day. The Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi exceeded our expectations. The new and cozy atmosphere, along with the cleanliness of the rooms and high-quality materials, made our stay enjoyable. The staff, including the owner, went above and beyond to assist us, even taking me to the hospital when I fell ill. The location is convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Truly a memorable experience with no better place to stay in Tbilisi.
