The hotel is new and clean, with spacious rooms and a great bathroom. The staff at the reception were polite and smiley, with special mention to Gabriela who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. The location is great and the service is more than awesome. The elevators are available and fast.

We spent a lovely Easter weekend at this big hotel with stunning views and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to address our concerns. We particularly appreciated the location of the hotel, which was in close proximity to some of the best halal restaurants and shops. the newly installed kitchen appliances provided a perfect opportunity to cook our own meals in the room, which was a convenient option for us.

There were some downsides to our stay. Owing to the size of the hotel, there were often long waits for the reception desk and elevators.

This hotel has exquisite and exclusive amenities, from the private facilities to the full body massages, which made my stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The beach access was fantastic and the location was very convenient with nearby halal restaurants. The room advantages were beyond my expectations, with a spacious balcony and comfortable beds. Furthermore, the service was impeccable with friendly and helpful staff.

I encountered only one minor issue during my stay, which was related to the noise from the construction of a neighbouring tower. However, this issue was resolved by closing the windows, and it did not significantly affect my overall experience at the hotel.
