The Christmas holiday stay was superb! the rooms were well decorated and the food was excellent. the location is perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants a few steps away. Another great aspect was the cozy fireplace in the lobby which gave the hotel a homey feel.

The room we were assigned did not have the requested balcony, which was a bit disappointing, but the window view was pleasant. the housekeeping service could have been better as they did not clean our room on time, and we had to call them a few times to request fresh towels.
