This hotel is conveniently located near Shaw boulevard, which allowed us to easily access several local eating places. The room service was excellent and the staff were very polite and accommodating. The hotel had a refreshing swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. Additionally, the free wi-fi in the rooms was a great convenience.

The breakfast buffet was fine. The staff, including Jinky, Che, Joy, and the bellboys, were treasures. The gym and pool attendant were also wonderful. The suites were spacious and comfortable, with nice views. The facilities for bath and kitchen were complete. Ana Lee provided excellent service at check-in, and the rest of the staff were pleasant to interact with. The elevators were fast, and the location was close to malls with good views from the windows.
