The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. the room was spacious and comfortable with a great shower. the hotel's location was perfect - close to a tram line and within walking distance of great restaurants. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of having a supermarket nearby.

Although the hotel was undergoing some renovations, it didn't really affect our stay. the only downside was that the breakfast was not included in the rate and we found the price to be quite high for what was available.

The hotel reception was extremely helpful in arranging a delivery for a gift I purchased. I also took advantage of the city bus tour, which was a great way to explore. We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a lovely location with plenty of restaurants nearby. This place is in the cool Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood, which offers plenty of good restaurants and interesting shops. It was nice and quite, yet close to the best places to go for a night out. The staff were lovely and so helpful, especially Michelle on reception. They were always very helpful and pleasant, and the service was excellent. The hotel also offered great amenities such as a leisure garden area, free Wi-Fi, a coffee shop, laundry facilities, and a flat-screen TV in the room. we had a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Perfect for Easter holidays. Beautifully decorated rooms with great attention to detail. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Limited internet connection was a major inconvenience. Constantly having to log in every few minutes made it difficult to use multiple devices.
