Sadly, my overall experience was undermined by a few issues. The cleanliness of my room was concerning, particularly the dirty throw rugs and coverlet. Additionally, communication with reception was lacking. I struggled to retrieve my luggage after check-out, which added unnecessary stress to an otherwise beautiful trip.

I was absolutely captivated by the cozy, modern accommodations and personalized guest services. The staff provided invaluable local recommendations that made my exploration of Split seamless and unforgettable. Staying here felt like being welcomed into a home away from home, topped with thoughtful touches like complimentary movies and beach towels for a sunny day!
