I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front office were very cordial and the check-in process was super smooth. They even accommodated my early check-in request and upgraded my room. Throughout my stay, everything went well. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the train station and within 10 minutes' walk to Karlsplatz, where you can find the local Christmas Market. The hotel is also conveniently located near many transportation options, including S and U Bahns as well as numerous buses that can take you anywhere in the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I also appreciated the availability of parking, although it was limited. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Alfa Zentrum. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special request, storing a vaccine in their refrigerator and freezing water containers for us. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a powerful mini fridge and air conditioner. the location next to the train station and within walking distance of the city center was perfect. the daily room cleaning and delicious breakfast, especially the amazing multi fruit juice, made our stay even more enjoyable. the staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our money in the safe at the reception. We can't wait to come back to this hotel for a longer holiday!

I recently stayed at Hotel Alfa Zentrum for Oktoberfest. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from both the main train station and the old city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast service provided plenty of good cold food. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a fair price. I was impressed with my stay at Alfa Zentrum and would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Everything is what i need and want.

The Thanksgiving dinner was delicious! They offered complimentary pumpkin pie and apple cider, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect as it was close to the train station and easy to find. Our room had a great view of the city, and the bed was really comfortable.

The noise from the street kept us up all night and the walls were paper-thin, so we could hear our neighbor's music and conversations. the toilet in our bathroom made a weird noise every time we flushed it.
