The surroundings could definitely use a facelift!!! Be prepared for industrial views that don't offer much charm!!! Rooms lack air conditioning, so expect stuffiness during warm days!!! Signal issues can complicate your online tasks!!!

The spacious room offered a kitchenette that really came in handy! The staff were friendly, and the on-site bar was a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. It was also easy to grab breakfast with great options to kickstart the day.

However, the ongoing renovations were quite disruptive. Waking up to the sound of drilling was less than ideal, especially without prior warning. The neighborhood felt a bit dull with limited dining options nearby, making late nights a challenge.

We stayed in a Junior Suite with Balcony and loved the spaciousness for our family of four. The reception staff were friendly, and the daily housekeeping checked in on our coffee needs! While the location isn’t central, the bus service was timely and convenient. Cleanliness was spot on, making our trip pleasantly comfortable!

Spacious family room with a lovely balcony and a fair view, just steps from bus stops that easily connect to the city. Comfy amenities like a kitchenette made it great for families wanting to cook. Helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. Remember, the area is a bit industrial, so expectations should be adjusted!

Oh, how charming it was to hear drilling at 10 am when all I wanted was peace and quiet. I can’t believe the hotel is so remote, making my evening outings a logistical nightmare. A complimentary room upgrade for enduring such inconvenience would have been nice, but, I guess that’s too much to ask here. I truly almost loved this place.

This place was just a prime choice for a transient stop in Hamburg with great value for money. The receptionist was very helpful, offering tips about the area and making our check-in smooth. Make sure to check out the organic cafe down the road for some amazing meals.
