Convenient location outside Munich, with a 30 minute tram ride to the city. Supermarket, coffee shop, and bakery across the road. Clean and tidy rooms with a nice balcony. Enjoyable breakfast and free parking available.

The hotel fulfilled its basic needs for a business traveller. The location was central to the business park and the tram station was conveniently located nearby. The parking place was excellent, and the free Wifi was a plus.

The hotel was not a great value for the price. The furnishings were dated and not well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at the Appartment-Hotel-Holzl. The rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with natural sunlight. The mini kitchen was a great addition, allowing us to stock up on essentials. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The mezzanine floor with a bed upstairs was perfect for our kids. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the surrounding area of Munich, away from the busy city center. It is situated in a beautiful village with lots of facilities, including good restaurants and banks. The rooms are spacious, light, and clean, with a kitchenette for added convenience. The staff are very pleasant and make you feel at home. There is also secure parking available and a small supermarket nearby.

The breakfast starting at 8 AM may be too late for those with early work commitments.
