They were understanding and even came out to meet us. the apartment itself was excellent, offering comfort and cleanliness. the location was also great, with the city center just a short walk away.

The location was excellent, just a block away from the train station and within walking distance to the city center. The location was really convenient, close to the train station and easy to find. the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and even offered us a drink while we waited for our room to be ready.

We had a really bad night's sleep due to the noise levels. There was a lot of street noise from outside, as well as noise from other guests in the hotel.

The apartments themselves are clean and modern, with all necessary appliances and facilities provided. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out very smooth. Additionally, there are plenty of halal eateries and supermarkets nearby, making meals and snacks very convenient.

One aspect of the hotel can be improved. Check-in can be a bit confusing, as guests need to call a specific cellphone number to receive instructions about where to get the keys.
