I recently stayed at the Augusta Hotel for my trip to Chile. The view from the apartment was absolutely amazing, overlooking the bay and both Valparaiso and Vina del Mar. The spacious apartment was beautifully designed and the breakfast served in the room was a convenient touch. The hotel's location in a safe part of the city made it easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants. The Austrian owner was very friendly and accommodating, even arranging a reasonably priced airport transfer. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning for my next trip to Chile. The value for money is well worth the relatively higher price.

Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was nice, and location was central to great restaurants and bars. Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great, and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking.

the balcony had uncomfortable seating and no tables to enjoy the view. The lack of customer service and uncomfortable balcony made our stay less enjoyable.

The location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants, street art, and historic funiculars. The friendly staff went above and beyond, even providing a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary celebration. Breakfast delivered to our room was a relaxing touch, and having a kitchenette was convenient. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a plus.
